My reviews of the series thus far: Throne of Glass and Crown of Midnight

Ever read a book/series after passing over it a lot, and when you do it blows your mind and you regret not having read it sooner? No? Well, consider yourself lucky. Because this book {series, rather} will have me cleaning brain matter off of my ceiling and walls for a while to come. I’m not sure what I can say that hasn’t already been said. This novel, third in the series {a fourth to be released in the fall}, had me on the verge of heartbreak the entire time. In ToG, we were introduced to this assassin with a gritty past and lethal moves. In CoM, we realize she’s a girl who is more than knives and death. But in Heir of Fire, the big picture gets blown up and it’s leaves you breathless. My hat’s off to you, Sarah. Not only did you successfully build a world without using any YA Slang {PRAISE THE GREAT LION OF JUDAH!}, but you forged relationships when I didn’t think any more could be made, you broke ones that I thought could never be broken and you set the tone for what will personally be the most anticipated book of the year. Not even kidding when I say that I will miss these characters while I wait for the fourth to be published.

Guys, this could be a new favorite series. So much so, that I almost spelled favorite with a U… favourite. I don’t spell it like that but my brain box is blown that now I’m spelling like I’m from the UK. Read these and I promise you won’t be disappointed. And if you are disappointed, then ….I got nothin’.

Happy Reading, lovies.
